Mission Statement

PADI's mission is to contribute to the improvement of the social welfare of older people, the disabled and other categories of the poor through various forms of social economic development, community awareness building, advocacy and networking.


PADI envision a community where marginalized groups including older people, the disabled and other categories of the poor are sustainably supported and empowered.


PADI's objective is to provide financial assistance to poor people dealing with income generating activities, to construct water wells, to operate an income generating activity, to support disabled and older people, to establish training center, to provide HIV/AIDS education, malaria and non – communicable diseases awareness, prevention and screening, to provide legal aid services and empowering CBOs supporting older people.
