PADI has managed to influence Government and private sector to start supporting older people by Implanting its planned activities eg. Banks and Councils

Organization /program sustainability

To ensure PADI sustain its services to older people and other marginalized people the following strategies have been made:

  • PADI has formed PADI Wing Co. LTD.
  • Has formalized over 500 informal older people IGA groups to 100 CBOs with over 4000 members in Ruvuma and Njombe regions.
  • PADI has over 36 acres of land (10 in Njombe and 26 in Ruvuma) for different structure construction and other project development
  • PADI has one new office building with six rooms and one meeting hall with capacity of accommodating over 250 people.

a) PADI has two cars 10 years old, 6 motor cycles 15 computers, one office building and meeting hall, 36 acres of land and one overhead projector &two photocopier machines 3years old

b) The overall budget for 2017 & 2018 was Tsh.3 billion and tsh.4 billion respectively

C) PADI has been auditing  its financial  account  from 2003 to date, see the attached  recent Audited report for two years  (2016 &2017)
